Qualifications

• Medical degree required or equivalent; strong medical expertise.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to provide clear feedback.
• 3+ years in medicine, clinical practice, medical QA, or related fields.
• Experience evaluating clinical reasoning, safety, and accuracy to rubrics.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring of medical items and trainer feedback.
• Review AI-generated medical explanations and clinical reasoning for accuracy.
• Communicate updates on guidelines, workflow changes, and standards.
• Respond to questions about clinical reasoning, terminology and safety.
• Activate and manage remote trainers/QA participation and follow-ups.
• Create and maintain medical project documentation and onboarding materials.
• Oversee onboarding/training calls and ensure consistency with guidelines.
• Identify and propose improvements to QA processes for medical AI training.
