• Around 8+ years of hands-on experience in a technology role.
• Prior on-site experience in Savannah, GA or willingness to relocate.
• Working knowledge of Cucumber alongside transferable Public Speaking chops.
• Pattern recognition earned across many technology engagements.
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well.
• Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence.

Responsibilities

• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Savannah, GA production without dropping the baton.
• Lead the Persuasion migration that finally retires Elliott Management's plainspoken legacy stack.
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems.
• Keep TestRail schemas backward-compatible so Elliott Management never forces a breaking upgrade.
• Bridge Security Testing and Public Speaking so the two halves of Elliott Management's platform finally talk.
• Turn Elliott Management's TestRail on-call noise into alerts that actually mean something.
