Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA/QC and lab quality across multiple U.S. locations. The role supervises a Quality Coordinator and drives ISO 9001 compliance, testing oversight, audits, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include method validation, instrument calibration, CAPA, and supplier/customer audits, with travel up to 50%. This remote position requires strong leadership and collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial manufacturing, chemicals, or related processing.
• 2+ years of laboratory supervisory or leadership experience.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification required.
• ASQ CMQ/OE or CQE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 QMS, document control, procedures, and audit readiness.
• Lead third party registration and customer audits.
• Provide direction, training, and support to laboratory and site quality personnel.
• Oversee physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Ensure analytical methods are validated and laboratory instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Manage laboratory resources, budgets, and quality performance metrics.
