Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QMS and laboratory quality across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations. The role supervises a Quality Coordinator and provides functional leadership to site laboratories.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years QA/QC experience in industrial manufacturing and a minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required. Some travel is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial manufacturing or related processing environments.
• 2+ years of laboratory supervisory or leadership experience.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is required.
• Experience with wet chemistry, physical materials testing, analytical instrumentation and SPC.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 Quality Management System, procedures and audit readiness.
• Lead third party registrations and customer audits.
• Provide direction, training and support to laboratory and site quality personnel.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
• Ensure validated methods and calibrated instruments are maintained.
• Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Manage laboratory resources, budgets and performance metrics.
