National Power, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality of services provided by our vendors for HVAC systems, generators, electrical, fire suppression, and telemetry/monitoring systems. The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC and power equipment and a strong focus on audits and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5 years hands-on experience with commercial HVAC, generator, and AC/DC electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service quality control systems for HVAC, generators, electrical, fire suppression, and telemetry systems.
• Evaluate vendor services to ensure alignment with standards and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to define service standards.
• Perform technical inspections of commercial HVAC systems including chillers and AHUs.
• Evaluate power distribution units and switchgear maintenance.
• Assess HVAC preventive maintenance programs and repair quality standards.
• Inspect services and ensure high-quality delivery on time.
• Document work and perform statistical analysis of service quality.
• Conduct regular service quality audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track and resolve service quality issues; assist with demand-related calls as needed.
• Implement training programs for internal teams on quality control.
• Participate in vendor selection by evaluating capacity to meet standards.
