Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee service quality provided by vendors for HVAC systems, generators, electrical, fire suppression, and telemetry/monitoring equipment. The role requires extensive hands-on experience with HVAC and electrical infrastructure and a strong focus on audits, vendor management, and performance improvement.

The ideal candidate will lead QA programs, perform inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role in HVAC or facilities systems environment.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems, generator systems, and AC/DC electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service quality control systems for HVAC, generators, electrical, fire suppression, and telemetry/monitoring.
• Regularly evaluate vendor services to ensure standards and company expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to align on service expectations and standards.
• Perform technical inspections of commercial HVAC systems including chillers and air handling units.
• Evaluate electrical systems including PDUs and switchgear maintenance; monitor QA programs.
