Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5 years hands-on experience with commercial HVAC, generator, and AC/DC electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service quality control systems across HVAC, generators, electrical, fire suppression, and telemetry/monitoring systems.
• Regularly evaluate vendor services to ensure alignment with industry standards and company expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to define service expectations and standards.
• Perform technical inspections of HVAC systems including chillers and air handling units.
• Track, document, and analyze service quality data to drive improvements.
• Conduct regular service quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
