Job summary

National Power, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee vendor-driven quality across HVAC, generators, electrical, and telemetry systems. The role emphasizes audits, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet industry standards.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on HVAC and electrical experience, strong QA methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while managing vendor performance and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quality, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 5 years in QA with HVAC or facilities systems experience is preferred.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service quality control systems for HVAC, generators and electrical systems.
• Regularly evaluate vendor services to ensure standards and expectations are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors on quality requirements.
• Perform technical inspections of commercial HVAC systems including chillers and AHUs.
• Maintain documentation and perform statistical analysis of service quality.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure regulatory and company standards.
