Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to perform functional and integration testing via a server-based UI.

You will interpret requirements, develop test plans and test cases, and ensure quality across product development and client engagements. The role requires strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, experience testing REST and SOAP APIs, and the ability to mentor junior QA analysts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with functional, system, regression, and integration testing.
• Proven experience developing test cases from user stories.
• Ability to analyze a product for accurate Integration test scenarios.
• High-level analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience with test management tools.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in testing RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and/or web services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and report status.
• Document QA procedures for the team.

Responsabilités

• Expert Software Quality Assurance Analyst guiding testing efforts.
• Provide technical leadership to junior QA analysts.
• Define test plans, testing strategies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with designers to determine QA parameters.
• Develop and maintain testing artifacts and guides.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprints.
• Support deployments, testing activities, and releases.
• Mentor junior team members within the Scrum team.
