Job summary

DMI is seeking a Business, Quality Analyst to join our remote team in the United States. You will design data collection in SharePoint and Power BI, publish dashboards for portfolio quality and compliance, and automate review workflows with Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities include analyzing trends, preparing executive reports, and coordinating with federal project managers to drive improvements and ensure traceability across artifacts and metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business/data/quality analysis supporting PMO, IT governance, or compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; or 4 additional years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data collection and reporting in SharePoint and Power BI.
• Publish dashboards showing portfolio quality posture, compliance, and remediation status.
• Build and administer SharePoint lists, automate review intake and notifications using Power Platform.
• Author analytical reports for monthly/quarterly/weekly reviews and executive briefings.
• Analyze trends and root causes to inform Quality Management improvements.
• Ensure metrics reconcile with source records and Jira/Confluence tracking.
• Perform quality control reviews across project lifecycles and governance processes.
• Produce technical documentation and data dictionaries published to Confluence/SharePoint.
• Participate in calibration and peer reviews; communicate findings to project managers.
• Collaborate with federal project managers to explain findings and track corrective actions.
