Job summary
The ACI Group, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Business Analyst/Manual Tester for a 100% remote role focusing on a patient registry and health data ecosystem.
You will work with developers and clinical data specialists, design tests, validate requirements, and document defects in Azure DevOps. Preference given to US citizens or green card holders; remote work nationwide.
This role requires strong QA, BA skills, and experience with HL7, HIPAA, and integration testing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6–8+ years in business analysis, requirements, and manual QA testing.
- Proven ability to design test scenarios and document results.
- Experience with debugging and isolating defects.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and test automation basics.
- Understanding of health information systems and standards (HL7).
Responsibilities
- Develop testing strategy with project team and prioritize test scenarios.
- Design test cases and automated scripts for critical requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners on functional requirements.
- Prepare test data and perform manual test execution.
- Assist data engineers with data validation and issue reproduction.
- Document defects and track them in Azure DevOps.
