Qualifications

• Working on a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles.
• Willingness to learn automation fundamentals.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manual testing, defect reporting, and test documentation while gradually gaining independence.
• Prepare to manage basic testing responsibilities independently and support QA Engineers.
• Complete assigned tasks on time with supervision.
• Learn to manage small workloads and escalate issues proactively.
• Assist Quality Analyst Engineer I and II with testing.
• Perform manual testing accurately under guidance.
• Report defects clearly and follow test documentation standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Analyst Engineers and team to learn best practices.
• Support team tasks and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Develop ability to recognize basic testing priorities and risks.
• Seek clarification when uncertain about tasks or findings.
• Consistently meet testing deadlines with high-quality results.
• Take initiative in identifying potential issues early and communicate them.
• Communicate test results and issues clearly.
• Ask questions and listen to feedback.
• Apply basic problem-solving to testing tasks.
• Open to experimenting with simple automation tools.
• Demonstrate initiative to learn and improve.
