The position is remote, with NYU Metro Center advancing equity-focused research and programming across education and youth development.

Qualifications

• Master degree or higher
• Experience in qualitative data analysis
• Experience with multicultural communities or families
• Experience analyzing data from children/adolescents
• Familiarity with CRT and Black feminist thought and culturally responsive research

Responsabilités

• Organize and code interview data
• Identify themes and patterns across participant narratives
• Contribute to community-facing research products
• Support an in-person convening as needed
