Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in quantitative field with 2–3 years related experience.
• Experience with inferential statistics, data cleaning, and data management.
• Proficiency in Stata or R; strong Excel skills and data visualization ability.
• Experience handling secondary/administrative data (NSECE, ACS, Medicaid, etc.).
• Strong writing and ability to communicate to policy audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple research projects as quantitative analyst or task leader.
• Contribute to reports, briefs, and memos independently or in teams.
• Manage a quantitative analysis plan from cleaning to results with schedule and scope.
• Design protocols for quantitative data collection and documentation.
• Support data collection efforts and data management.
• Develop analytical plans with colleagues and ensure equity considerations.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders in public forums.
• Train and supervise research assistants and support staff.
• Contribute to dissemination efforts and final reports.
