Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a QNXT Technical Manager to lead the technical delivery and governance of QNXT-based healthcare payer solutions. This remote role is open to qualified applicants nationwide in the United States, with the Healthcare Consulting team driving stable, scalable operations and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in healthcare payer tech, consulting, implementation, or production support.
• 5+ years QNXT technical experience in healthcare payer ops.
• Strong expertise in QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits Configuration, WFE, Batch Processing, and Integrations.
• Experience with HIPAA EDI transactions including 837, 834, 820, 27X.
• Advanced SQL and DB analysis; troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Deep understanding of QNXT Schema, architecture, data structures, and system dependencies.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting and engagements.
• Provide technical leadership across QNXT modules and integrations.
• Drive root cause analysis for production issues affecting claims and membership.
• Oversee release management, environment governance, and production support.
• Partner with client business and IT teams to design scalable, compliant solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical consultants; promote best practices.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and compliance for project delivery.
