Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a QNXT Benefits Configuration Analyst SME to join a major healthcare client migration project. This long-term, fully remote role focuses on configuring commercial benefits for internal and external customers, vendors, and consultants, and supporting data loading and testing.

You will collaborate with the benefits configuration team, with potential to lead small groups (5–10 people). EST hours 9 to 5, hourly compensation range $45–$63.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10+ years of benefits configuration experience on the commercial side.
• Strong understanding of benefits business knowledge.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL query knowledge.
• Ability to use analysis to make decisions to resolve issues.
• Previous configuration experience within QNXT.
• Desire a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to be coachable and a team player.
• Previous lead or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the benefits configuration team on a major commercial migration implementation project.
• Configure commercial benefits for internal and external customers, vendors, and consultants.
• Configure issues in benefits modules.
• Configure and test benefits during initial setup or annual renewal cycles.
• Deal with large volumes of data; data format loading.
• Assist with evaluation testing and analysis.
• Potential to lead small groups (5-10 people) for various tasks of the project.
