Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring health plan benefits within QNXT.
• Experience leading benefit configuration teams or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Exchange benefit designs.
• Deep understanding of QNXT architecture, rules, and product setup.
• Proven track record managing large-scale benefit implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
