Irvine Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced ETQ Project Manager to lead a company‑wide QMS implementation across six manufacturing facilities. The role is hands‑on, coordinating cross‑functional teams and an external partner to standardize processes and drive ETQ Reliance rollout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QMS implementations, familiarity with ISO 9001, CAPA and document control, and strong communication to keep teams aligned toward a successful go‑live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise QMS or similar system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA and document control.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external implementation partners.
• Proven ability to drive projects from planning through go‑live and post‑launch support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ETQ Reliance implementation across six facilities.
• Coordinate Quality, MP&L, IT, operations and leadership to standardize processes.
• Manage external implementation partner, tracking scope, milestones and budget.
• Oversee requirements, data migration, testing, training and rollout of key modules.
• Track performance, support audits and maintain stable adoption post go‑live.
