Job summary

Ledge Inc. in Spring Grove, PA, seeks a full-time Quality Management Systems Consultant to support manufacturing clients nationwide from a home office. The role requires traveling to customer sites as needed.

You will implement QMS, conduct internal audits, provide quality assurance support and lead operational improvement initiatives focusing on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and AS9100 environments. Compensation averages $75,000 with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Manufacturing with at least 1 year in Quality Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience in consulting or project management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications such as CQA, Lead Auditor, AS9100 training, IATF16949, ISO13485 or Core Tools are highly desirable.

Responsibilities
