Job summary

Verify is seeking a QMS Auditor with ISO9001/AS9100 expertise for a 2-month engagement in Bristol, CT. The role entails auditing the Quality Management System, identifying findings, and reporting to clients via a web application. Experience with remedial actions and 8D/DMAIC methods is preferred.

The position requires lead auditor certification (RAB or ASQ) and proven external audits in the last year, with strong writing and communication skills. The work is approximately 16 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Completion of QMS auditor training with a lead auditor certification (RAB or ASQ).
• Experience performing external audits to ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
• Proficiency in documenting findings with clear, actionable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit the Quality Management System (QMS) to assess effectiveness and observe evidence of continual improvement.
• Perform audits against ISO9000, AS9100, or AS9003 standards.
• Identify major/minor findings and report directly to the customer via web app.
• Review and approve corrective actions and verify effectiveness of actions.
