Job summary

North American Savings Bank (NASB) is seeking a Quality Control Program Manager to lead the Bank's residential loan QC program, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and investor guidelines. The role involves liaison with third-party QC providers, data trend analysis, and remediation planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• At least 4 years in Quality Control or Residential Mortgage Operations with 1+ year in QC.
• Strong knowledge of state & federal regulations (RESPA-TILA, HMDA, Fair Lending, ECOA, Flood).
• Familiarity with investor guidelines (FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA) and NASB policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day QC program operations for residential loan quality control.
• Coordinate with third-party QC providers and NASB management; document findings and trends.
• Ensure timely QC reviews in line with regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain logs and QC databases for audits and regulatory reporting.
• Assist HMDA data integrity analyses and CRA compliance efforts.
