Qualifications

• Knowledge of investor and agency QC policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files for Post QC tax transcript requirements and report results.
• Prepare loan files for QC audits and for reverifications as required.
• Analyze servicing reports and HUD data for accuracy.
• Navigate agency and investor portals and upload documents.
• Assist audit teams and escalate unsatisfactory documentation.
