AmeriSave Mortgage Corp. is hiring a Post Closing Quality Control Analyst for a remote role.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of mortgage post closing or closing experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and customer service skills, and a proactive work style. You’ll audit files for HMDA/HOPEA, TRID, QM testing, and ensure documents, escrow cushions, MI, TIL/APR, and closing disclosures are accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current mortgage post closing or closing experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-directed, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit assigned files for HMDA/HOPEA, TRID, and QM testing.
• Verify documents are present and correctly executed.
• Review escrow cushions, disbursement amounts, and due dates.
• Check TIL/APR fees and MI requirements for accuracy.
• Reconcile closing disclosures and ensure post-closing corrections are completed.
