Genesis10 is seeking a QA Testing Lead for Medical Management (Utilization Management/Care Management). This 12+ month contract role is 100% remote in the United States, with hourly compensation of $70–$80 depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8–10 years of QA/testing experience.
• 3–5 years leading testing efforts across teams or workstreams.
• Experience testing applications that support Utilization Management and/or Care Management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Put an established test strategy into practice for UM and Care Management workstreams.
• Coordinate functional, system integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing across applications and teams.
• Validate workflows such as authorization intake/review, medical-necessity decisions, approvals/denials, case assessments, care plans, referrals, and care-team tasks.
• Track test readiness, dependencies, environments, test data, defects, risks, and results; report status to leaders.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, analysts, product owners, engineers, and other testing teams to resolve issues.
• Translate business workflows into effective test coverage and maintain strong communication.
