Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking a QA Project Manager in Omaha, NE for a contract role. The candidate will review requirements, design and execute tests, and report defects across functional, regression, and integration testing with strong SQL data validation.

The role requires 8+ years in testing, healthcare insurance process knowledge (Enrollment, Billing, Claims), and experience managing offshore teams. Health insurance systems such as Healthedge/Health Rules are relevant.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of testing experience
• Experience reviewing requirements and designing test cases
• Strong SQL and backend data validation skills
• Healthcare insurance domain knowledge (Enrollment, Billing, Claims)
• Experience managing teams and offshore teams
• Familiarity with Health insurance systems (Healthedge / Health Rules)

Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and prepare test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Execute tests and report defects with clear remediation steps
• Manage testing activities across onsite and offshore teams
• Oversee regression test scenario design and maintenance
• Validate backend data through SQL against insurance data
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure coverage of Enrollment, Billing, and Claims processes

• Review of software requirements, Preparation of test cases for functional, regression and integrations testing, Execution of tests, Reporting of defects.
• Healthcare testing experience is required.
• Backend data validation - Good SQL skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry including Enrollment, Billing, Claims Processing, EDI required.
• Candidate has to explain the medical insurance business processes outlined below and also have experience managing teams.
• 8+ years of testing experience
• Experience managing offshore
• Medical Insurance processes such as: Providers processes, Enrollment processes & Claims
• Regression test scenarios design and creation creation
• Backend data validation - Strong SQL
