Job summary

Slalom is seeking a TRIPS Application QA Tester to support a large Core Deposit Replacement program in the financial services sector. The role focuses on manual testing across banking and payment processing apps, with duties spanning test planning, execution, and defect management.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of QA experience, hands-on use of Tosca, qTest, Zephyr, or Xray, and strong collaboration skills in Agile environments. Remote work with EST hours is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software testing or QA with hands-on manual testing.
• Experience using Tosca, qTest, Zephyr, or Xray for test management.
• Experience on large-scale enterprise technology initiatives in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead manual testing efforts across assigned workstreams.
• Track, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities with business, technology, and project teams.
• Support system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
