Job summary

Slalom seeks a TRIPS Application QA Tester to support a large-scale Core Deposit Replacement program in the financial services sector. The role focuses on manual testing across critical banking and payment processing applications, ensuring quality throughout the software lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has extensive manual testing experience and proficiency with Tosca, qTest, Zephyr, or Xray, with preference for TRIPS, payment processing, or treasury management exposure.

Qualifications

5+ years of software testing or quality assurance experience.
Hands-on experience with Tosca and qTest or similar tools such as Zephyr or Xray.
Strong experience with manual testing methodologies and defect management.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Lead manual testing efforts across assigned workstreams.
Track, document, and manage defects through resolution.
Coordinate testing activities with business, technology, and project teams.
Support system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Validate business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
