Job summary

Slalom is seeking a TRIPS Application QA Tester for a remote, contract-based project. The role focuses on manual testing across core banking and payment processing apps, ensuring quality throughout the SDLC.

Experience with Tosca, qTest, Zephyr, or Xray and familiarity with TRIPS or treasury management is highly valued. The candidate will lead test activities, create test artifacts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and verify requirements and test coverage in an enterprise context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing or quality assurance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca and qTest or similar tools such as Zephyr or Xray.
• Strong experience with manual testing methodologies and defect management.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead manual testing efforts across assigned workstreams.
• Track, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities with business, technology, and project teams.
• Support system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
