Job summary

Slalom is seeking a TRIPS Application QA Tester for a large-scale Core Deposit Replacement program in the financial services sector. The role emphasizes manual testing across critical banking and payment processing applications to ensure quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software testing experience and hands-on work with Tosca, qTest, Zephyr or Xray, plus familiarity with TRIPS and treasury management applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing or quality assurance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca and qTest or similar tools such as Zephyr or Xray.
• Strong experience with manual testing methodologies and defect management.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead manual testing efforts across assigned workstreams.
• Track, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities with business, technology, and project teams.
• Support system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
