You will design and execute test cases, collaborate with developers and product teams, and document defects with clear repro steps. This remote, full-time role requires experience in agile environments, plus familiarity with clinical workflows and testing tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

Qualifications

• Experience in an agile delivery environment and testing practices.
• Ability to write and validate test cases with clear criteria.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and related platforms.
• Willingness to work occasional night/early morning shifts for production testing.
• Eagerness to learn new applications, technologies, and QA methods.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and data.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and configuration testing.
• Document defects with expected vs. actual results and track issues.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams to resolve defects.
• Retest defects and verify fixes without introducing new issues.
• Document testing activities and outcomes per QA processes.
• Communicate progress, risks, and defect status to the team.
• Participate in requirements reviews and refinement sessions.
• Support testing standards, processes, and documentation improvements.
• Provide input on system configurations and potential improvements.
