Humana Inc. in the United States is hiring a Technology Solutions Professional to enhance quality and reliability of our technology solutions through testing software applications and system configurations.

You will create and run test cases, report defects, and collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. The role supports remote work nationwide with a focus on east coast hours (9am EST) and requires 1+ year of agile testing experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an agile delivery environment.
• 1+ years writing and validating test cases.
• Experience with clinical workflows and platforms.
• Ability to work one night/early morning per month for production testing.
• Willingness to learn new applications, technologies, and QA methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and data.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and configuration testing.
• Document defects with expected vs. actual results and track resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Retest defects and verify fixes without introducing new issues.
• Document testing activities and evidence per QA processes.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, defects, and resolutions to the team.
• Participate in requirements reviews and refinement sessions to understand upcoming features.
• Support testing standards, processes, and documentation improvements.
• Provide input on future configurations and potential improvements from testing observations.
