Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Technology Solutions Professional to support the quality and reliability of our tech solutions. You will test software applications and configurations, create and run test cases, and collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects.

Located remotely (nationwide) with 40-hour weeks and EST alignment for some duties. You will engage in requirements reviews, support QA standards, and participate in production turn testing as needed, including occasional

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an agile delivery environment.
• 1+ years writing and validating test cases.
• Experience with clinical workflows and platforms.
• Ability to work one night/early morning per month for production testing.
• Willingness to learn new QA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and data from requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and configuration testing.
• Document defects with expected vs actual results; track issues.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, product teams to reproduce defects.
• Retest defects and verify fixes do not introduce new issues.
• Document testing activities and evidence per QA processes.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, defects, and resolutions.
• Participate in requirements reviews to understand upcoming functionality.
• Support testing standards and process improvements.
• Provide input on system configurations based on testing observations.
