Job summary

AttainX Inc. is seeking a Quality Control (QC) & Support Analyst to own end-to-end and regression test suites for our web portal and mobile apps, ensuring rapid, repeatable workflows.

Reporting to the Program Manager and collaborating with the Business Intelligence Analyst and Development Team, you will triage tickets, document defects with clear steps, and validate fixes across US government-focused platforms, remotely.

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in Software Testing (QA/QC).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or Jira) for bugs, tasks and test plans.
• Agile team experience with Program Managers, BAs and Developers.
• Mobile testing on iOS and Android, including permissions and network interruptions.
• Ability to write unambiguous bug reproduction steps.

Responsibilities

• Test Suite Ownership: Build, maintain, and execute end-to-end and regression test suites to protect core workflows.
• Low-Code Test Automation: Create automated scripts using visual recording and low-code tools to accelerate testing cycles.
• Program & Core Team Collaboration: Report testing progress and coverage to stakeholders; break down requirements into test scenarios.
• Developer Alignment: Communicate bug details clearly and verify fixes during sprints.
• Azure DevOps Ticket Ownership: Manage defect tracking and user tickets with clear reproduction steps and env configurations.
• Support Ticket Triage: Investigate and triage issues to route to proper teams.
• Mobile & Offline Validation: Test mobile features and offline mode to ensure data syncs correctly.
