Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a QA Tester to validate web and mobile applications through manual and automated testing, crafting test cases and documenting results. You will work with development and product teams to ensure quality across releases from a remote setup.

The ideal candidate has hands-on testing experience, knowledge of defect tracking tools, and a reliable home internet connection to support continuous integration and rapid feedback cycles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Application Tester, QA Tester, or Software Tester.
• Hands-on experience testing software applications.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests to validate application functionality and quality.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and testing documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues.
• Support release testing and production verification activities.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and testing progress.
