Job summary
Remotedxb is seeking an Application QA Tester to ensure software quality across web, mobile, and desktop platforms. You will design and execute manual tests, create test cases, and document results to support reliable releases.
You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers, track defects in Jira/TestRail/Azure DevOps, and contribute to release validation and production verification.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Application/QA/Software tester.
- Hands-on experience testing software applications.
- Experience creating and executing manual test cases.
- Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Understanding of software development and release processes.
- Experience testing web, mobile, or desktop applications.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate application functionality and quality.
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and testing documentation.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects.
- Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues.
- Support release testing, deployment validation, and production verification activities.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and testing progress.
