Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Representative to join the Duro-Last team, a leader in commercial roofing.

The remote role covers field-based warranty and technical services from Texas, ideally residing in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with travel 10-15% for site inspections and repairs. You will educate customers, inspect applications, and support contractors while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Architecture, or 4 years active duty.
• High School Diploma with 4 years in construction industry.
• Field of Study: Construction.
• Travel 10-15% overnight travel.
• Strong customer service focus and integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections of commercial roofing applications under warranty.
• Investigate leaks and perform small repairs to stop leaks.
• Assist in larger warranty repairs in the region.
• Train licensed roofing contractors in proper application techniques.
• Educate customers on specs needed to warrant their installation.
• Develop strong customer relationships and manage expectations.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with customers and prioritize workload.
• Promote a culture of safety and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
