Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Representative to join the field team. This role is field-based with a company truck and home office, fully remote in Florida, with Jacksonville as the preferred residence.

The position focuses on warranty/technical services, including inspections, leak investigations, and warranty repairs, while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies. Excellent customer communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Architecture; or minimum 4 years active duty; or High School Diploma with minimum 4 years in construction industry.
• Field of Study Preferred: Construction
• Minimum 4 years in construction industry.
• Travel requirements: 10-15% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections of commercial roofing applications for warranty coverage.
• Conduct leak investigations and perform small repairs to stop leaks.
• Assist in completing larger warranty repairs in the region.
• May train licensed roofing contractors in proper application techniques for Duro-Last Roofing products.
• Educate customers on specifications and warranty requirements.
• Develop strong customer relationships and build customer confidence.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.

Education
