Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a QA/Support Engineer for a 3-month contract to author and QA AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows. You will execute high-volume automation tasks, maintain concise technical documentation, and collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.

Expect fast ramp-up, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely with flexible hours. Healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows.
• Fast ramp-up time with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with high-volume, repetitive task execution.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
