AgileEngine is seeking a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows, execute high-volume tasks with accuracy, and maintain structured technical documentation for a healthcare technology platform.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA, with a 3-month contract engagement and the potential for extension, requiring fast ramp-up and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations for healthcare workflows.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Fast ramp-up and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and documentation.
• Execute high-volume, repetitive automation tasks accurately.
• Contribute to improvements of core applications and internal tooling.
• Create structured technical and process documentation.
