OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to audit specifications and packages, ensuring accuracy and customer conformance. The role emphasizes data-backed corrective actions, cost-of-quality tracking, and compliance with TL 9000 metrics across service projects.

Reporting to the Services Quality Leader, the position is 100% remote within the United States. Candidates should bring telecom quality experience, strong Excel/SharePoint skills, and familiarity with document control

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Approximately 5 years in telecom industry with focus on DC power installation/engineering.
• Proficient in Excel and SharePoint for tracking CoPQ and audit evidence.

Responsibilities

• Audit engineering specifications for accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Audit engineering packages (drawings, BOMs, docs) for compliance.
• Audit methods of procedure and end-of-job packages for safety and quality.
• Ensure version control aligns customer requirements with docs and deliverables.
• Track cost of quality metrics and support corrective actions.
• Initiate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support TL 9000 metric collection and audits with evidence gathering.
• Communicate recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain audit records and evidence per confidentiality rules.
