Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to audit engineering specifications and packages, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer standards.

The role focuses on Cost of Quality tracking, TL 9000 metric support, and internal surveillance audits, and is 100% remote. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 5 years in telecom-related QA, experience auditing documents, and proficiency with Excel and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years in telecom QA/audit or related field.
• Experience auditing engineering docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Working knowledge of quality mgmt systems (TL9000/ISO 9001).
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and deliver objective audit evidence.

Responsibilities

• Audit engineering specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Audit engineering packages (drawings, BOMs, ECNs) for compliance.
• Audit Methods of Procedure and End of Job packs for safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure version control and alignment between requirements and service deliverables.
• Track CoPQ metrics and support corrective actions to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify gaps and initiate corrective actions with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.
• Support TL 9000 metric collection and reporting.
