Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of professional experience, 2+ in program development/administration
• Experience in risk-needs-assessment concepts and evidence-based practices essential
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills

Responsibilities

• Lead QA reviews to evaluate fidelity to risk-needs-assessment tools and case planning
• Coordinate and conduct RNA interviews, desktop reviews, debriefings, coaching, and Plans for Success reviews
• Maintain in-office presence to support observation, coaching, and client engagement
• Observe full assessment interview processes, document interviews, and evaluate scoring accuracy
• Provide mentoring and guidance on risk-needs-assessment instruments and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with supervisors to review QA findings and drive continuous quality improvement
• Build relationships with managers, judges, staff, and stakeholders to support QA objectives
• Prepare reports analyzing QA data and identify trends for management action
• Participate in committees and working groups to refine quality assurance initiatives
