This fully remote role requires 5+ years in QA/editorial roles, a sharp eye for errors in formulas, links, and figures, and excellent written communication. Flexible hours of 5–20 per week to start, with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review business documents, spreadsheets, and decks to ensure accuracy and formatting consistency before client delivery.
• Audit formulas, links, figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Provide high-quality, audited materials and track cross-document consistency for executive or client use.
