Job summary

Ladders is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes on large-scale construction projects. You will develop and strengthen quality systems, partner with project teams, and ensure work meets specifications and industry standards.

The role offers remote work and the chance to drive process improvements, support compliance, and foster accountability and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction QA/QC experience on large-scale projects.
• 5+ years managing QA/QC functions.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems for industry compliance.
• Oversee project QA/QC procedures, checklists, and reports across civil, structural, and architectural scopes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the construction QA/QC program and conduct audits for adherence to specifications.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions to enhance quality outcomes.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align quality objectives with overall project goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation of inspections and audits to support compliance and improvements.
