Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction QA/QC experience on large-scale projects.
• 5+ years managing QA/QC functions.

For our client, we are seeking a QA/QC Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee quality management across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes on large-scale construction projects. The QA/QC Manager will develop and strengthen quality systems, partner with project teams and stakeholders, and ensure work is executed to specifications and industry standards. This position also offers the opportunity to drive process improvements, support compliance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems for industry compliance
• Oversee project QA/QC procedures, checklists, and reports across civil, structural, and architectural scopes
• Monitor the effectiveness of the construction QA/QC program and conduct audits for adherence to specifications
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions to enhance quality outcomes
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align quality objectives with overall project goals
• Maintain thorough documentation of inspections and audits to support compliance and improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction QA/QC experience with large-scale projects
• 5+ years managing QA/QC functions in a comparable role
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines
• Proven skills in inspection processes and testing standards, including ASTM, ANSI, and ACI
• Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to maintain complete documentation and follow QC procedures
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
