Clune Construction Company seeks a QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality systems across multiple construction projects, including mission critical environments. The role ensures compliance with client, design, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of quality and safety.

Lead the QA/QC team, write project-specific quality plans, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with design and field teams during preconstruction to address constructability

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Construction Science, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with responsibility for large commercial construction projects.
• Experience collaborating with a construction project manager or superintendent.

Mansioni

• Develop and write project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and audit checklists tailored to construction duties.
• Develop and manage the implementation and maintenance of project quality plans.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for quality control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and field teams to address constructability concerns during preconstruction phases.
• Promote a performance-based culture to meet and exceed team goals while fostering a positive team environment.
• Train and provide guidance to project teams on QA/QC concepts and processes.
