Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee quality across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and early defect surfacing. You will coach QA staff, partner with Product Owners and Engineering, and embed quality throughout the SDLC to avoid last-minute testing bottlenecks.

Lead the automation and regression strategy, drive risk-based testing, and provide clear visibility into test readiness, progress, and blockers to guide release decisions. Salary: $115,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on software QA experience across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA role through discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and establish expectations for planning, execution, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins on plan; identify delays, blockers, environment issues, data needs, or scope gaps and communicate them.
• Create transparency around what has been tested, remaining testing, defects, risks, and release confidence.
