EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor- Claims in Missouri to oversee QA across charge posting and claims management for internal and offshore teams. You will audit submissions, drive process improvements, and report QA metrics to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in charge posting/claims and strong CPT/ICD-10 knowledge, with advanced Excel and PowerBI skills. Remote-friendly role with national scope and HIPAA compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in charge posting and/or claims submission.
• Preferred 1-2 years in supervisory or QA role.
• Strong CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS knowledge.
• Proficiency with billing platforms, clearinghouses, and EHR/PMS systems.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily charge posting and claims readiness teams.
• Review and audit claims submissions for quality and timeliness.
• Conduct QA audits and log errors; track trends.
• Create dashboards with QA metrics using PowerBI.
• Provide monthly QA summaries to leadership.
• Maintain QA SOPs and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Train teams on billing protocols and regulatory updates.
• Escalate and resolve complex claims issues.
• Collaborate with managers and offshore coaching plans.
