7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a QA Engineer for Voice AI Agents to investigate production issues, validate conversational AI workflows, and improve software quality across live campaigns. You will coordinate with engineers, deployment managers, and clinical operations teams to resolve platform issues and prevent recurring failures.

Responsibilities include debugging, pre-launch testing, ongoing QA, and developing structured QA processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, support engineering, technical operations, or a closely related role supporting a production software platform.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and documenting reproducible software defects through clear, actionable bug reports.
• Strong technical debugging and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reported and proactively detected production issues across live voice AI campaigns, including dropped calls and scheduling errors.
• Analyze call recordings, transcripts, logs, configurations, and integration data to identify causes of failures.
• Perform root cause analysis distinguishing AI behavior, configuration issues, data inconsistencies, integration problems, and defects.
• Document defects with detailed bug reports including severity and business impact.
• Coordinate with engineers and operations staff to resolve issues and improve reliability.
• Execute pre-launch QA testing for new campaigns and configuration changes.
• Conduct ongoing conversation QA and validate target logic and outcomes.
