Arbiter AI in the United States is seeking a QA/Support Engineer to diagnose production issues and trace failures across transcripts, logs, and configurations to identify root causes, ensuring the reliability of our patient-centric Agentic platform.

You will collaborate across teams and contribute to test plans, harnessing SQL, APIs, JSON/YAML, and rigorous debugging to drive quality and incident response while aligning with a fast-growing health-tech startup culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in QA, support engineering, or technical operations on a production software platform.
• Strong debugging instinct, comfortable with SQL, APIs, JSON/YAML, and writing test plans.
